What steps can I take at home to control it. It was 144/95 two days back. It is increasing continuously with days. My husband also feel some mild headache near the neck part. But it vanishes as soon as he takes garlic or some homely available medicines.

Get his blood test done . Whole profile with urea creatinine ratio. Consult physicians. Check 1 weak bp , note it and share with prescription
