High blood sugar level in pregnancy
I'm 22 weeks pregnant. My blood sugar level is 159mg/dl. I've a lot of sweet cravings. Can I eat dark chocolate or is chocolate harmful during pregnancy?

Your sugar levels are high. You need a Glucose tolerance test for diagnosis and treatment. In view of this value, avoid simple carbs and go more for the complex ones.
