I have DM type 1 since last 9 years , Taking insugen 50/50(biocon) but its too high Daily walking included, Now im taking 30/70

You might need to go an insulin called nasal Nokia regime where in you will take long acting insulin every day and 3 shirt acting insulins with every meal you take. It means you take more insulin for a large carbohydrates content and a small dose for small.
