BP Medicine has to be taken regularly. It is not like Dispirin for Headache. Tazloc 20 is the mildest dose possible. It may be in your family that is why you have in such early age. You are not overweight. It is a lifestyle disease. If your life style is faulty, you can correct it by controlling stress, doing daily aerobic exercises , reducing salt & diet regulation. So, as of now take medicine daily. Don't stop.
