High Blood Pressure
Please advise if high BP can be controlled or cured through Ayurveda? My mother has high BP (180/100) since 2001 and has been on allopathic medication. What are the treatments and medications available?

Please ensure following
1. Is she taking medicines properly
2. Is she diabetic and if it is under control ?
3. Is there any other problem like kidney failure Or Thyroid or Pheochromocytoma?
4. Reduce her salt intake
5. ask her to have one or two fruit daily.
6. Do pranayam regularly
7. Ayurveda can be of good help along with existing allopathic medicines
