High blood pressure
My wife aged 43 is suggested to go for uterus removal operation. Preops test detected high blood pressure and Doctor prescribed Eslo5mg .however BP is not under control.Kindly suggest. Also I need suggestion on BP monitoring machines for home use.which is having near accurate results

Hello sir ,
Does she previously has hypertension ( increased bp ) or now only you are diagnosing ?
What is the blood pressure value?
If single drug therapy is not effective we need to go for combination of drugs .
Kindly check blood sugar,thyroid profile,liver function test ,renal function test ( if already done please consult for drug or dose modications).
Next Steps
kindly avoid stress/ oily foods and spicy foods.
