High Blood Pressure
My father BP which is measured 2 hour back is 137/95. Could you tell me is it normal or high blood pressure.
I read the normal bp range is 120/80.
Please suggest me some good medicine for lower BP.

The reading is high but that doesn't confirm that your father has hypertension. He needs to have his blood pressure checked for 5 days at different times or can do a 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in his normal working environment, if facility is available. It will confirm whether he has hypertension and what will be the best approach for him.
In the meanwhile let him reduce salt and animal fats if he takes them and try to relax and walk for 30 minutes a day.
