Eliminate the intake of Packaged foods, refined flour ( e.g biscuits, pizza, noodles, chinese etc),starchy foods like potato, white rice, fried food and foods containing sugar.
Eat a balanced diet containing whole foods like whole grains, fruits and vegetables, dals and pulses, milk and fresh milk products.
If non vegetarian then egg whites, fish & lean chicken.
Exercise regularly ( at least 4 to 5 days a week) under guidance
