High Blood Pressure
First he took Telma AM 40 only in the morning around three months, But after three months there was swelling on his feet. After consultation Doctor recommended TELMA 40. He took medicine for 6 months. His blood pressure was fine but After 6 months his blood pressure started increasing by the afternoon and reaches by 150-160. I again consulted doctor and now he is having TELMIKIND 40 H+ S- NUMLO-5 from last 8 days but after 2 to 3 hours having medicines he starts feeling weakness and lethargic.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You should take the prescribed medicines and continue them. Restrict your salt intake and practise walking and yoga daily. It will be more beneficial for you. Avoid pickles, papads and namkeens. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
