High blood pressure erectile dysfunction
Recently i have diagnosed with high blood pressure,
Doctor have advised me to take cilacar 5 in morning and telefix 10 in evening. After taking Medicine i have average blood pressure 136/84.
I am also a patient of erectile dysfunction, previously i was using megalis 10 to resolve the issue when require but not regularly as per doctor's advice.
Now in this scenario my question is can i use megalis 10 sometime just like before.

You need to continue your blood pressure medications as instructed. Also let me tell you consuming megalis have many side effects. It may give you temporary satisfaction but may impact your future sexual life.

Hi.. Tadalafil also reduces blood pressure apart from improving erectile function. As you are already using two medications for hypertension it's better you take the tablet after consulting your treating psychiatrist.

Hi, Since you have developed recently Hypertension and already on regular antihypertensives u would recommend thorough cardiac evaluation with ECG , ECHO and other blood tests and also to consider sexologist and can be started with medications , as you have not mentioned your age still cardiac evaluation is basic to be done
