High blood pressure and constant headach

Asked for Male, 35 Years

My husband is 35 years old. His height is 5 feet. He had some minute cholesterol and high bp problem. We were in Australia for some time and he left back to Pakistan in 23 days. Since he arrived back his blood pressure has been shooting and the range is between 12/90 or 130/90. He is feeling dizzy and had continuous headache and the doctor couldn't' diagnose his problem.

130/90 is not high BP as such. Cud be extreme environment change problem. diziness incidcate furthur evaluation by cardiologist and ENT Surgeon.
