High bilirubin level
I have hypothyroid and migraine. I am under medication. Last week I did my blood test and there are something abnormal in LFT test . Though TSH AND T4 level is normal now(2.78 and 8). I have operated galblooder stone 8 yrs back. Please find my LFT report details. Sirum bilirubin total - 1.67 Serum bilirubin direct - .56 Serum bilirubin indirect 1.1 SGOT(AST)-42.9 SGPT(ALT)- 85.9 Serum protein total - 5.8 (low) Others are normal. I used to drink once in a week or 2 week . Consume less water due to busy work life.Having home maid food. Not prefer to consume junk or rich food. Do I have Jondice or any other liver disease ? Pls suggest .

Most worrying is a combination of mild hyperbilirubinemia, raised enzymes with low proteins. I think u need work up for underlying condition. Need to meet a Gastroenterologist.
