I have attached by blood test report it shows I have high bilirubin level...what does this means...?

Not to worry. Don’t do anything. Repeat LFT after 3 months. Most of the times this much elevated value without any symptoms is because of benign syndromes. For that nothing needs to be done.

Direct bilirubin is raised. Various causes are possible. Fatty liver, Various HEPETITIS, etc. Discuss about your SYMPTOMS to reach a proper diagnosis and plan further treatment.
Next Steps
avoid oily foods. avoid coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc.
