High Altitude Trip and Medication
Hello, I'm planning to visit Spiti Valley in Himachal Pradesh next month end, want to know list of medicines which must carry along with me during this trip, especially for High Altitude related problems etc. because first time going to visit high Altitude mountains... I'm not allergic to any medicine, and no any medical issues.

Prepare a medicine kit with full knowledge of medicine which you can get easily from net surfing like painkiller,anti diarrheal etc. Despite i am homoeopathy physicien i would suggest you use allopathy drug for your hiking trip. Best wishes from me for your trip.

For High altitude Respiratory distress problems you may use Homoeopathic medication.
COCA-30 - 5 GLOBULRS 2 HOUR INTERVAL 4-6 TIMES.

You need to talk to Dr before planning trip. Only medication won't help you there. It's high altitude issue, everybody is affected there.
