I have a ladakh trip planned in July.
Is it advisable to start Diamox before 24 hrs of reaching Leh and continue for few more days, as a preventive measure for AMS?Or should we take it only after getting some symptoms.
I am going by flight.I will stay for 48 hours in Leh and then move towards Nubra valley via Khardungla pass.
