Hiatus hernia and vit d insufficiency
I am diagnosed with hiatus hernia . And i also have vit d insufficiency. So doc advised me vit d tablets . But whenevere i take vit d tablet my stomach gets upset and i also feel uneasiness in body and muscle stiffness. I feel weak even after taking healthy diet ...what should i do .. is it safe to take vit d injection in place of tablet??? Pls help

Tab or injections are advised per requirement of dose
Generally vit d tab has no such side effect
Better to evaluated by a gastroenterologist for symptoms, is it due to hiatus hernia or something else
