Hi i am doing kegel exercises correctly
I am doing kegel exercises to improve sexual response....I want to know am I doing it correctly ....if I do correct contraction of pelvic floor....it will make my muscle surrounding vaginal entrance (bulbospongiosus) muscle becomes hard to touch .....or it will be in normal condition like soft even after contraction.. if I do the kegel during sex ....can my partner able to enter his penis in to vagina or not..

Yes bulbospongiosus become taut when u do kegel. But the opening of ur vagina ll not get completely obliterated with it. It ll Barrow ur passage. He might still enter ur vagina but u ll have pain.
