Hi am sundresh
I have mild fever from one month it's very mild 98 degree and I have done all tests cbc blood culture widal test typhoid test and thyroid tests ... Still am feeling something is der in my body ... It's little hot if I touch my body please suggest me WT all tests should I do ... I want to Know WT is der inside my body

firstly you cannot understand if your body is warmer by touching yourself. secondly 98 degree doesnt mean a fever. since all your tests are normal its very unlikely you have a fever. there is absolutely nothing in your body. its the worry and tension thats making you feel like you have something. if in case you feel too tired and weak do check your thyroid, blood sugars, cholestrol levels.
