Hi. Greetings. Avoid foods that are excessively oily or spicy. Stay at home / avoid contact with non immune individuals or avoid public places/ office since you may end up spreading chicken pox to those who have never had it in their lives. Hope this helps. Warm regards Dr Govind Suresh Mittal..
