Hi,
My 4 aged old son feels like herpangia for past two days. He is not able to drink even water and have food. May I know, ,is it same as small pox or chicken pox?

No it's not same as small pox or chickenpox. Herpangina only has oral ulcers.
Small pox is eradicated. Chicken pox can cause oral lesions but has more rash on bofy
