Herniated disc and sciatica

I am suffering from heniated disc and sciatica problem more than 6months.Have been going through physiotherapy but it's not recovering.Help me to get rid of my pain.

R u having sciatica in both legs ??..please visit orthopaedic surgeon or spine Surgeon and get ur self assessed.. if required u Mt have to go for MRI scan of LS spine
