Hernia operated
I have been operated for hernia. It was laroscopic surgery. Can i lead a normal life like before or not? I want to join fitness club or gym. I dont know if it's fine or not. Will there be any reccurance chance? How much time will it take for me to b normal person?

Yes u can have normal life after surgery. secondly while heavy exercise wear supporter. Overall avoid heavy weight lifting for 6 month post surgery. Avoid constipation and cough as much as possible.i.e take medications if needed for same for reliving symptoms.
