Hepatitis b
3 years back I came to know that I have hepatitis b. I don't know how it came and what to do. I neglected. Now I came to know that it is a serious issue. I want to take treatment now. What should I do and what initiative should I take and how much it costs for mediation ? Refer any medication or hospital which can be cured permanently.

Yes it's very important to take treatment lest it becomes chronic. Firstly it's important that you get your anti HBS igG and IgM done to know the phase of the disease. Secondly get your liver function test done as well. Also take precautions while having sexual contact or you may spread it to someone else. Do not donate blood unload your antibody titres are known. Consult a physician who will prescribe you antiviral medications oral or iv depending on your hepatitis status.
