Hemorrhoids in anus
Hi I have small inflammation in anus external from yesterday, it has pricking pain and itching. No bleeding symptoms, Could you please advise on this concern.
I am afraid that it may be a piles.

Unless a physical rectal examination is carried out and something like piles is visualized, something protrudes out of anus and can be felt by your fingers, it's all guess work. Get examined and follow the advice of your physician.
