External hemorrhoid
I have one external hemorrhoid on the bottom right side of anus. It swells only during bowel movement and I can touch and feel it, otherwise it is very small skinny thing other times. What should I do to treat it? Will it cause any trouble if gets bigger. I don't have constipation, I eat fiber and don't strain during bowel but still it's not disappearing.

Permanent treatment for hemorrhoids is surgical removal only but if hemorrhoids is not causing any sympathy of pain, burning or bleeding no need of removal. Fiber rich food and water 3-4ltrs per day is sufficient.

You had to start the treatment for the same as the haemorrhoid is coming out of in the anal area so it can be squeezed sometime in leads to gangrene in necrosis which would be emergency since it is coming out and going by itself this keeps it in the grade three of the haemorrhoids. Dietary modification alone will not help in the haemorrhoids which are peeping out from the anal area Kindly share ur complete concern along with any comorbid condition like diabetes, hypertension and thyroid issues.
