Hemorrhoids
I think I'm having a hemorrhoids problem, i have irritation in my rectum when i pass stool. Please suggest a solution for it. (Yes i do heavy lifting in gym)

Hello mister, need detailed history for ur problem. If something is coming out on straining only from anal opening or only bleeding is there, you do life style modifications, it ll help u and if it aggravates or persists, consult a surgeon offline. Take plenty of water preferably 4Litres a day Reduce oily and spicy food Eat Banana every day and high fibre diet Do sitz bath twice a day( in which u fill warm water in a container and sit in that water ensuring the anal opening is dipped in water) for 10-15 mins This ll help you.
