Hemorrhoids/Haemorrhoids

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Am facing problem of hemorrhoids since last 2 years, most probably its internal hemorrhoids. It pains for 15-20 days and then for next 1 month it doesn't pain and this is being going on for last 2 years. I didn't went for any medical check up till now as i am looking for home solutions. What should i do???
