Hemoptysis for 2 months
Patient has h history of TB in 2008 .. treatment was done and it was resolved.. Now he had cough for 2 month and mild hemoptysis 4 times in 2 months .. ATT was started and tranexa was given for 5 days but after 2 week blood appear on coughing .. CT ,chest xray and bronchoscopy was done CT suggests of chronic infective etiology

hello ...this way will not understand. u will need to show ur ct films and then in detail pulmonologist can consult

Haemoptysis may be due to post Tb sequele. Pl consult pulmonologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.
