During Hemogram test DLC Eosinophils showing as 9.5℅ ( ref range 1.00 -6. 00) . Pls guide me, what I need to do next.

It means u got allergy So u need to get an allergy test done to find the offending agent n then desensitised it Or u may be having worms in ur intestines which u need to get rid of
