You need to connect with a general surgeon The most common reason for rectal bleeding is constipation Make sure you have a high fibre diet and pass a  soft stool

It is constipation. You need to add more fluids into your diet, green leafy vegetables, can eat papaya. Drink atleast 2- 3 litres of fluids. If then also not relieved..then we can try some medications

Straining for stools after delivery can cause this. Take a high fibre diet .. include alot of greens . Have papaya daily. Warm milk at night/ isabgol husk at night are some natural remedies for constipation. If you need a medicine, please connect.
