I have hemmaroids for the last 2 days. No bleeding yet, only pain and discomfort. I am applying OTC cream and ice pack. As I am on tour, what painkiller can I take?

Hello, For pain relief you can take tab.enzoflam (sos) but for confirm diagnosis do consult nearby surgeon first then follow advice. Because pain killer isnot the solution if you have hemorrhoids.

please dont worry, it is easly managible issue. kindly avoid constripation. Eat lot of fruits, vegitables and drink lot of water. Meet your nearest doctor after returning home and discuss the plan for management.
