Hi
Generally Hemangiomas increase initially and gradually reduce before 1st bday..But if increasing in size and causing ulceration it's better to be treated...Topical and oral medicines are available..Oral has been more effective but with first doses we observe for few side effects of heart rate glucose levels blood pressure and them only continue if suited..
Next Steps
If ulcerative don't wait..And better to get tested for other associations of Hemangiomas too..
