Hi! While undergoing treatment for Bipolar Disorder, often the symptoms return during stressful life events such as losing or changing jobs, changing house, or any other significant event. Therefore you must continuously take your medicines on time as well as undergo therapy for a considerable period of time to be able to manage and cope with your symptoms effectively.

Hi Sairam, so what you mentioned is you have been diagnosed with Bipolar, are you currently in any medications. The reason why I am asking this as sometimes medications alter one’s mood and increase feeling disconnected or uninterested in daily activities.
Next Steps
To manage your Bipolar well you would need psychotropic medications and regular counseling sessions from a professional who is trained and experienced working with mood disorders.

Hello Sairam..please check with your psychiatrist regarding your medication. Also take therapy there in person with a psychologist who will help you deal and learn techniques wherein you are able to carry out your day to day tasks. Once you start doing that it’ll help. Also keep yourself busy with activities so that you can spend your time fruitfully. This will help take away the boredom. You can also start journaling where you can write about your feelings.
