Here is my 3 reports which I have uploaded USG ,Urea creatinine and Albumin creatinine ratio,now I am telling you my problem actually I am suffering from recurrent renal stones from more than 10 years and a few time UTI infection,but last year when I did KFT report I saw my creatinine level was elevated then doctor suggested me to do USG the findings was multiple renal stones in both kidney then treatment started for kidney stones then this I have conducted these reports which I have uploaded most of the stone gets cleared 1 is yet remained,so I am assuming is those renal stones damaging my kidney should I be worried about that?? after clearance of those stones my Creatinine became normal also but I am worried I don't have hypertension or Diabetes yet now.. please help me

Your reports are not visible sir. If you have repeated stone disease and repeated urine infection, then you need evaluation to save your kidneys from getting damaged further. Earlier we start treatment better the outcome.
Next Steps
Have to do urine routine, Kidney function tests, Serum electrolyte levels, 24 hour urine panel for measuring the level of various salts which can cause stones. CT KUB (if necessary)
