I am pregnant and I am having thyroid 4.5... by mistake i was taking thyroid medicine with iron tablet...will it effect my hypothyroidism.

No it will not interfere with hypothyroidism Thyroid medication should ideally be taken first thing in the morning empty stomach Iron supplement should be taken after lunch to prevent gastro intestinal side effects
