Help me Hair fall problem
Hello, I am facing hair fall problem. From last one month it has been increased. I have lost 50% of my hair volume. Now I'm worried for it. Plz suggest me some tips or Medicare .
Because my hairs are good in health but hail fall has been increased too much.

Regards. Avoid junk foods totally, improve your life style and dietry habits, avoid use of colors & chemicals on hairs and also avoid too much heating on hairs for curling or straightening. Can you share your pic of scalp. It will be better to consult an Ayurvedic consultant in person. Till then you can start Saptamrit loh 2 tab two times with milk. Thanks
