Helo m 36 weeks pregnant female
Hi. M 36 weeks pregnant female. I was having high bp 140/100 frm 34 week but it's now 130/80 after taking labil frm a week. My question is that when is the best tym fr me to deliver. Thanku so mch

After 37 weeks but if the blood pressure is uncontrolled then you have to deliver anytime

Hello
You can deliver anytime after 37 weeks
Ideally if you BP is well controlled with anti hypertensives then u should not go beyond 39 weeks for delivery, that too BP monitoring and fetal surveillance is essential

You can take dexamethasone 12 hrly for 2 days. You can deliver at 37 weeks . If everything goes normal is ideal to deliver at 36 weeks.
Do a Fetal Doppler twice a week
BP check daily
Health Tips
If any headache or vomitting or fits you will need to do section daily
