  4. Hello sir/mam. With whom i can contact?

Hello sir/mam
I have memory loss problem. I forget everything. Sometimes to eat and small small things. Always feel headache and sometimes feel migraine and neck pain. Since last year i can not swallow my food properly. I Always eat khichdi soup and semi solids. Can not decide the doctor. With whom i can contact?? Neurologist or someone else. Plz suggest.. Thanks in advance
