Height problem
Why I don't take any medicine for increasing my height?? Is there any risk to get  supplements to increase my height??

You may still have some growth left, considering your age. Please DO NOT take supplements or any medications. None of that will help you increase your height. Make sure you eat a well balance diet, exercise regularly and maintain an active lifestyle. If majority of people in your family are short, then you are unlikely to be very tall.
