My height is not increasing. I tried many medicine like more powar, speed hight etc.but no increment in my height. Give me the suggestion

Your height is your genetic makeup. Gross alterations are not always possible. High protein diet, Exercise and sports activities, Swimming and other aerobic exercises could help. Taking medications for increment is height is not recommended.
