Maintaining healthy lifestyle is equally important along with well balanced diets..with proper hydration.. drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water etc.. Eating seasonal fruits and vegetables, lentils like all variety dals and legumes like beans , green peas, Rajma and beans category, are more helpful for growing taller and stronger.. Daily one or two eggs for protein, milk and milk products in moderation, is also essential.. for growing tall.. Daily or once in two days have a fistful of germinated moong dal and chana dal sprouts which are very essential.. Nuts like Almonds, walnuts, pista etc.. are too helpful... Exposure to sun in the morning as well as evening is essential, and exercises both morni g and evening very essential.. Surya namaskar in yoga is truly helpful.. as you have so much of stretching..
