I am 21 and 3 months old . I am 5 feet 6 Inches,. Can my height be increased by an inch through hormonal therapy.

Please Avoid hormonal therapy Instead.. Do following... Wake up early go for morning walk or jogging daily DO yogasanas and pranayam daily Take salads and fruits more Take milk regularly Take anjeer, jaggery, beet root, green leafy vegetables regularly Take Tab Osto calcium 2 per day for 3 months Tab fersoft Z 1 for 3 mths Measure your height every month Reconsult after 15 days
