Hi Thanks for your query. First thing things are not so easy to do very quickly but a rigorous & consistent effort S. First plan your meals in a right way & well balanced. Take high protien diet. Take good quality protien like milk ,milk products ,fish,chicken, eggs, also plant protien like soya,pulses.cereals as 50%. Plenty of vegetables & fruits. For height you can go for some free hand exercises or some free hand games like swimming, cycling etc
Use ring,check your family history & heredity. Curd,paneer,cheese,beans,sprouts are very helpful to gain/ increase height..
