I want to increase my height. I am taking ashwagandha and amla. What is the best time to take these two ? How many months should i take to see few inch improvement

At your age of 18,you should follow active lifestyle rather than any medicine.without physical activity no  medicine will do miracle.Do exercise,yoga, Aerobics, swimming, Balanced diet, will help you a lot.Ashwagandha and Amla both are good immuno modulator.you can take them.But do consult with Ayurvedic Physician personally to have proper advise.

Female height can increase till age 21 yrs & males till 18 yrs of age. you need Medicines that provide you nutrition & stimulate growth. do continue ashwagandha in the morning with milk .

Exercises:- 1) Skipping at least 10 min 2) Pull ups 3) tadasan, stretching & suryanamaskar in yoga 4) Hold horizontal iron bar which is 2 feet from your height & let the body hang for as long as possible to hold on. This will stretch spinal muscles as well back bone which will help in increasing height
