I met an road accident 1 month ago. My heel tapped rapidly on the ground and the pain is on both side of my heel. "not on actual heel" ..

Looks like one of the two things could have happened here either you suffered a small cracking fracture or a ligament tear so I would suggest to get the xray done and consult some orthopaedic doctor as soon as possible

Looks like you may have injured your heel bone Just consult a Orthopedic and get yourself checked clinically
