I am having a heel pain which pains when I wake up in the morning . Need some advice to cure this. A few weeks before I went to an aerobics class. Now I stopped to go there. Will I continue to go to class. Kindly guide me.

It is a Plantar fascitis. Main reason is always in your foot alignment.
Any new physical activity & wrong shoes can trigger the pain.
Do cold pack . For permanent relief you need corrective insoles.
