Heavyness or tightness in stomach.

Asked for Male, 17 Years

Feeling heavy all the time in stomach while on standing but everything gets normal on lying down or in sitting position.. I have attached my ultrasound, chest x ray, CBC reports.. Also, I didn't constipated.. I have clear bowel motion.. And also I drunk amlycure ds 100ml for hepatomegaly for 1 month..
