Heavy sweating in Head region

Asked for Male, 38 Years

I have too much of sweating in head portion after completing meals in AC room and also if i am in hill stations. Too much of sweating all over body and cant able to walk in road side in chennai city. please suggest some solutions to my problem. i dont have any health issues so far.
