Heavy stomach during night
Hlo doc, im pregnant with triplets, 18 weeks now. After having food mostly during evening n night having the feel of heavy stomach. Next day morning I'm feeling light and ok so I can sleep with out any heaviness. Is it normal? No constipation so far. My pregnancy condition is both dcda and mcda. Pls explain.
