My sister is experiencing problems like heavy periods (after a 2-3 month delay). She is having menstrual bleeding for more than 20 days, and it is happening for the second time. Last time she took medicine to stop her periods. She is getting weak, and experiencing pain in her legs. Got lots of pimples on her face, mood wise she stays sad and irritable.
What diet should she take at this moment to reduce blood and iron deficiency? Can we go for some over-the-counter medicine to stop bleeding even temporarily?
